Another kind of eye exercise, you can do is the eye-rolling exercise. You can start by rolling your eyes a few times in a clockwise direction. Take a little break and roll both your eyes again in an anti-clockwise direction. Repeat both these set of steps simultaneously for a period of 5 times.

Of all the eye exercises, this exercise can be good for your eye muscles and you could even try it when you’re at work. During your work intervals, try looking away from your screen to the farthest object or place that you can see in your vicinity. It can be anywhere from the end of the corridor, the office room or the farthest building you can see from your window. Next, put your thumb down in front of your eyes and then focus on your thumb for a few seconds followed by the distant object/place. Repeat this 5 times.


Massaging :

By using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circular motions, 20 times in one direction and 20 times in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead and then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose.

No, you don’t have to worry about dozing off. Its just a little exercise that involves your eyes being closed. First, you put your head back, next you close your eyes and then relax for a period of 3 minutes. Make sure you don’t fall asleep in this one though.
